ChefGary cooks for Private Dinner Birthday Party, Tracy Lyons, Bournemouth,

This weekend, Mike and I travelled up together to cook for a special birthday for the lovely Tracy and her friends in Bournemouth. The menu was made up of some delightful canapes and a further delicious seven courses to make up an exquisite tasting menu to partner such a celebratory occasion. As Tracy leads a vegetarian diet whilst her friends enjoy their meat and fish, we opted for a split choice menu which went down really well with all :)  We were both made to feel incredibly welcome and had a super evening cooking for evryone in a lovley home with a great atmosphere.
