ChefGary cooks for Private Dinner Birthday Party, Tracy Lyons, Bournemouth,

"Amazing tasting meu! I'm vegetarian but my guests aren't and everyone loved the food, Lovely guy too" Tracy, Bournemouth



This weekend, Mike and I travelled up together to cook for a special birthday for the lovely Tracy and her friends in Bournemouth. The menu was made up of some delightful canapes and a further delicious seven courses to make up an exquisite tasting menu to partner such a celebratory occasion. As Tracy leads a vegetarian diet whilst her friends enjoy their meat and fish, we opted for a split choice menu which went down really well with all :)  We were both made to feel incredibly welcome and had a super evening cooking for evryone in a lovley home with a great atmosphere.

Private Dinner Party, Kev, Ellen and Friends, Upwey House, Dorset







This weekend, ChefMike and I catered for a very special birthday celebration in a lovely rented home in Dorchester. Having cooked for Kev and Ellen quite a few times before at their own home, it was a pleasure to be invited to do so again :) All the guests were really easy with the food, requesting an Asian themed tasting menu and so we were able to create a really exciting array of dushes to suit. Each course went down fabulously, serving the meal over about three hours including some delightful canapes and seven further delicious courses.

Private Surprise Birthday Dinner Party for Anna&Friends, Southampton







This weekend was really super with a special surprise dinner party for Anna. With all the organising, menu planning and everything else done in complete secret, Chris did a fabulous job of getting all the dishes confirmed, it not being easy to please the whole table ;) For such a great evening planned, we opted for a superb tasting menu which made the dinner all the more momentous and specialised. Each course chosen was bespoke to favourite ingredients and so all went down amazingly and with some fab wine too that I also got to sample :) Having cooked for all before it was a huge pleasure to do so again after celebrating various special occasions over the past few years and the latest was definitely up there with all the rest. :)

Private Dinner Party, Birthday Celebration with Kris and Amy, Hampshire






Celebrating a birthday is always a special occasion, so there's no better way to do it than in the comfort and luxury of your own home with your close family and friends! I catered a fabulous private dinner party tasting menu for 11 great guests  doing just that, it being all the more special as Kris and Amy had only just had their little boy after being recently married, (Where I also catered the Wedding :) I came up with a bespoke menu, including Kris's favourite ingredients so it was sure to be a dedicatory and utmost delicious menu to fit the evening. Some choice and enticing canapes were enjoyed in the kitchen area whilst I carried on with the prep for the remaining delectable dishes. The dinner was served over about three hours, each plate of food going down really well. From pheasant to salmon, fillet steak to desserts and finally cheese, we covered an amazing array of ingredients that made for a fabulous dinner party along with some rousing and tempting wines. Definitely another super dinner party all round :)
