Private Dinner Party, Wayne Williams



A really great Dinner Party this weekend in Hedge End, cooking up an exquisite feast of delicious  dishes. It was a return visit from last year so it was great to be invited back to deliver another fabulous menu. With some amazing ingredients from Canapes to Dessert, including Sliced Beef Bresaola, Cured Salmon, King Prawns, Beef Fillet, Asparagus, Dark Chocolate and Pistachio it was sure to be a fantastic evening. It was especially rewarding as I got to meet the whole family and it was a pleasure to do a fruit carving demonstration of my Apple Bird for Wayne's two girls. Both enjoying having a guess as to the result as I was slicing away, it was a fun start to a satisfying and fulfilling Friday night.

Canapes:

Soy and Honey Roasted Duck Sushi,

To Start:

King Prawns, Pancetta, Roasted Butternut Squash Puree, Chilli,
Sweet and Sour Red Pepper Sauce, Balsamic Reduction,


Main-Course:

Beef Fillet Wellington, Red Wine Gravy, 
Slow Braised Brisket, 
Rosemary roasted Potatoes, Caraway glazed Baby Carrots, Buttered Greens,


To Finish:
Trio of Desserts,

Chocolate Orange and Cinnamon Fondant, Peanut Butter Ice Cream,
